What We Do in Membership & Fellowship Ministry
MEMBERSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP: Our goal is to bring new members into the church and help them become part of our fellowship groups, as outlined in Acts 2:40-47; 1 John 1:1-5; and 1 Corinthians 12:12. To achieve this, we have developed a CARE framework to guide our membership integration process
Our C.A.R.E. Framework for Membership Integration
- Contact: We reach out to our members through a systematic follow-up system and maintain a database of their information.
- Assist: We support our members through an internal welfare system that also manages the social activities of the members, such as naming ceremonies, marriages, birthdays, and housewarming events.
- Relationship: We maintain a relationship system that coordinates the CARE centers of the church and other fellowship groups, including the Birthday Groups, Natural Groups, Care Centres, and Scripture Café. This unit handles resolving conflicts and marriage counseling.
- Encouragement: The Encouragement unit oversees the counsel unit and other pastoral activities in the church.”
